I have no real dog in this fight, .. but I've been using
the Performance Trends software for years, ..

it's graphing I think is second to none, .. the ability to track and build
a port, .. and the cam data, engine data etc, .. is awesome.
It takes some time to set up engine / cylinder head combos at first, ..
but after a while you have a full library of engines and it goes fairly fast.

but I think the real valve for a busy shop with many projects going
is it's record keeping abilities, ..

Can you take an engine from engine analyzer pro and transfer that data into port flow pro.
