Thanks for the reply John.

My very own solution is to use large size plastic tubes and then use adhesive foils to smaller the inner size. Not nice, but better than nothing.

The very first thing I made was a CYL from a convenient copper-clad steel can having 4.21 ID. I then made an external seal using Red Silicone RTV and some handy round shapes as a mold.

Of course I've met with the difficulty in aligning the head to the CYL, so present activities involve Dowel-pin holes in the benchtop.
12.9s @ 106.5MPH on 87 Octane, no ping. <--should be high 11's but I dunno why I'm so slow.
