Here's a spreadsheet for calculating the air velocity from pitot tube velocity pressure. It includes corrections for changes in the weather. You may note that these changes are for dry air only, when I first made this spreadsheet, I had included a correction for humidity as well but I found the differences caused by changes in humidity to be so slightly that it wasn't worth the extra complexity.

Also included on this sheet is a calculation for airflow in a round pipe based on Pitot tube readings.
