Large Air Movers - alternatives to vaccuum cleaner motors

Has anyone looked at these movers at this site? Look at exhausters and centrifugal blowers. http://www.paxtonproducts.com/products_blowers.php
I don't know the cost on new but there is one on ebay right now that is 700 cfm with a 5 hp 3 phase motor for $268
