weird domel motor names

Could someone enlight me ?

I am searching everywhere in Germany to get industrial vacuum motors.

Now I have a seller, who would make me a good offer for "original Domel" motors with 230V/50Hz.

I asked for the motor names/order numbers/model-numbers and the only names he found are:

Type, Watts, Diameter, Height
361, 800W, 144mm, 163mm
7568, 1000W, 144mm, 170mm
7778-4, 1200W, 144mm, 178mm
7778-5, 1200W, 144mm, 178mm
7363-12, 1200W, 144mm, 163mm
7788, 1400W, 144mm, 176mm


I looked around at www.Domel.si , but their motor numbers are typical 491.3.xxx or 492.3.xxx.

Does anyone have seen such motor names somewhere ?

I a hint from the seller.

He buys the motors as replacement motors for industrials vacs and vacs manufactors don't want to publish the Domel number, because they could lost profit, when the people buy directy a Domel motor instead of the labeled motor of the vac manufactor.

I found out following:
7778-4, 1200W, 144mm, 178mm
is domel: 492.3.778-004

7568, 1000W, 144mm, 170mm
is probably: 492.3.771

Well I ordered the Domel motors part #49637202-1 - they look really good - if you do a search for that thread you will see the specs

I am getting these motors for 62 Euro per item (including tax and shipping), which is quite a fair price.

To get back to the main topic of the tread:
The "weird" names are not domel model names, but vac manufactors OEM names. Thats why these names confused me.

Some news regarding the Domel motors.

Today I received my four motors.

In fact they have no other model numbers printed on and I hope I can rely on the sellers info that the Domes 492.3.778-004 and my ordered motors are virtually the same, but OEM build for a vac machine manufactor.

The motors are temperature fused and are dry/wet 2 step models.
