orifice plate leaking

The tested flow is what that plate flowed on my bench, don't use that figure for your calibration though. I should have stated that is for reference only.

On the smaller dia plates my bench is not flowing correctly either, I'm fighting a "battle" with mine also? I haven't had time to spend looking for the problem on my bench. I think it has something to do with the airflow in my shop with the heater blowing. I only use one plate on my bench to calibrate the FP1 setup, my readings are consistant from day to day so I've only been concerned with that for the time being.

Update,

Went back through the calibrations, .. each range is now dead on, ..
at both the high end and low end, .. and all within 1% of two
SF benches in town.

Not that close to my SF-110 but I have to flow the plates at a lower
presure and I think the correction factors aren't "perfict"
But it's close enough I can live with it.

Yes I do like it when a plan comes together, .. I spent the day off
flowing heads on the new bench, .. SB2.2's, W8 pro stock truck, ..
18* GT1, .. all on ONE flow range with numbers backed up on
other benches. Easy, turn machine on, open valve, hit "F1" on computer
to record, .. open valve to next lift, .. record, .. next lift, record, ..
awesome !!!!!!

I think I'll dance around the room in my underwear, .. ..
