Who has a flow bench based on the MSD or mercdog? How many vacuum motors do you have? Has anyone had a problem with the motors overheating or burning up?
Is there anyway of cooling the motors off?

You shouldn't have any problems if the blower you use are of the "thru-flow discharge" type. These blowers are the most common type used for dry applications, the air moved by the blower is discharged thru the motor itself to provide cooling. So as long as you don't throttle the air back too much, there'll be sufficient air flowing through the motor to cool it.
