Orifice Style bench discussions

Here's some pics of yet another small bench, this one will be portable so I can take it to the lake with me on weekends(I cant just lay around all weekend). I will use an FP1, a check on one motor and a 15 amp dimmer (see if it works) I havent cut holes for the deck plates yet or made the orifice fixture, will add pics as I get more done. The design is very similar to Rocco's but scaled down. Enjoy

Check Valve....
Two inch hinge with ears cut off and new hole pattern.
4" dia. acrylic(plexiglass) flapper.
6" pvc cap, w/3.50" dia. hole cut in.
Make shim for under hinge out of same material as flapper, Assembled with 10-24 machine screws and 6-32 shcs for flapper mount

Flow Direction Knob (actual switch for pressure taps in process).........
