filler?

Discussion on flowbench testing techniques "top secret" ideas . . .

What is suitable to use for a filler material inside the intake ports? I've found a dimple in the intake side where flow increases if I fill it with a tiny bit of clay. Will 2 part epoxy hold up to the temperatures seen there? Maybe JB Weld?

I'm sure exhaust is tougher due to the higher temperatures. Any suggestions for filler there?

You may want to look over on the speed talk forum. JB weld seams to be popular.
