I have been using alumacut and other burrs from SGS for years and am very happy with them working on aluminum. But now I am trying to blend in valve guides that are made of phosphor-broze on the Fiat Twin-Cam, and some kind of powder metal guide used in the H.O. Oldsmobile Quad-4 motors.

What's the best cutter or abraisive for these materials, and where do you get them from?

Thanks in advance,

Terry

I use the standard double cut burrs and finish with either a cartrige roll or sandpaper on a split rod. You have to be pretty careful and work slowly.
